The Management Team

   Kirk Tinsley-Chief Executive Officer/Principal Broker

Kirk Tinsley began his real estate career in 1996 and after many succesful years as an sales agent, he signed the Crye-Leike franchise agreement in October 2001 with Crye-Leike and opened Crye-Leike Executive Realty in April 2002. Kirk has directed his company to become the #1 Franchise of Crye-Leike in the nation. Kirk is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors and Realtors Association of Southern Kentucky. He currently serves  on the local board of directors and  served on the REIS board for the Realtors Association of Southern Kentucky. Currently, Kirk is serving as Presidet Elect of Board of the Realtor's Association of Southern Kentucky and will serve as it's President in 2009. Kirk is involved in commercial real estate sales as well as overseeing the day to day operation of Crye-Leike Executive Realty.  He is married to his wife Deena and they have 4 children.    Vanessa Shaw-Office Manager/Relocation Director

Vanessa was first licensed as a real estate broker in 1986 and has worked in all facets of the real estate industry. She has been with Crye-Leike Executive Realty since it's inception in 2001 and continues to be one of the reasons for the companies continued success. Vanessa is in charge of the day to day operations as well as overseeing the Relocation and Reo division of Crye-Leike Executive Realty. She also holds the RCC designation.    Alan Read- Sales Manager

Alan Read has been a Realtor® since 1996. He affiliated with Crye-leike in 2002 and became Sales Manager in 2004. Alan is a full time sales agent as well as being in charge of Crye-Leike Executive Realty's sales force. He plays a vital role in agent affairs as well as risk reduction for the company. In addition to overseeing training efforts of the sales force, Alan also reviews all sales contracts and handles the day to day needs of agents as well as customers. Alan has an extremely good grasp on today's real estate issues and helps Crye-Leike Sales associates navigate to success in today's marketplace. Alan is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors and Realtors Association of Southern Kentucky. He is currently serving on the local REIS board for the MLS. Alan maintains the highest ethical standards for our agents to follow and serves as a beacon to direct our new agents into the high standards required by Crye-Leike and to direct them in the path of success.
